All sales are final. Because every PhantomMX item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Defective or Wrong Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@phantom-mx.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment required.
Sizing Please review our size guide carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped from the facility nearest to your location. Delivery times vary by region. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
