Shipping
- • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
- • Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
- • Items are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days.
- • Delivery time after shipping depends on your location and selected method.
- • You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns & Replacements
Every Phantom MX item is made to order, so we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We want you to love your gear, so please double-check sizing before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right with a free replacement. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Orders
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.
